2.2.29. addCompatibilityMismatch

Purpose

Add column(s) containing the shape and volume mismatch resulting from given deformation gradient. Operates on periodic three-dimensional x,y,z-ordered data sets.

-c / --coordinates [ pos ]
column heading of coordinates
-f / --defgrad [ f ]
column heading of deformation gradient
-s / --no-shape
omit shape mismatch
-v / --no-volume
omit volume mismatch
