2.1.12. geom_clean

Purpose

Smooth geometry by selecting most frequent microstructure index within given stencil at each location.

parent_gray

Usage 

> geom_clean options Geom file(s)

parent_gray

Options

-s / --stencil [ 3 ]
size of smoothing stencil

parent_gray

Example 

> geom_clean --stencil 5 < ebsd.geom > ebsd_smoothed.geom
