Purpose
Generate geometry description and material configuration from position, phase, and orientation (or microstructure) data.
Usage
> geom_fromTable options ASCII table(s)
Options

--coordinates - coordinates label (pos)

--phase - phase label

--microstructure - microstructure label

-q/--quaternion - quaternion label
-
--axes[ +x +y +z ] - orientation coordinate frame in terms of position coordinate frame
-
--homogenization[ 1 ] - homogenization index to be used

--crystallite[ 1 ] - crystallite index to be used
