Transform linear binned ODF data into given number of orientations. IA: integral approximation, STAT: Van Houtte, MC: Monte Carlo

number of orientations to be generated
-a / --algorithm [ IA ] ( IA, STAT, MC )
sampling algorithm
-p / --phase [ 1 ]
phase index to be used
--crystallite [ 1 ]
crystallite index to be used
-r / --rnd [ none ]
seed of random number generator
