Purpose
Produce image, spectral geometry description, and (auto) Mentat procedure from TSL/OIM reconstructed boundary file
Usage

-p / --port [ 40007 ] - Mentat connection port

-2 / --twodimensional - use 2D model

-s / --patchsize [ 1.0 ] - height of patch

-e / --strain [ 0.2 ] - final strain to reach in simulation

--rate [ 0.001 ] - engineering strain rate to simulate

-N / --increments [ 200 ] - number of increments to take

-t / --tolerance [ 0.001 ] - relative tolerance of pixel positions to be swept

-m / --mesh [ dt_planar_trimesh ] ( dt_planar_trimesh, af_planar_trimesh, af_planar_quadmesh ) - algorithm and element type for automeshing

-x / --xmargin [ 0.0 ] - margin in x in units of patch size

-y / --ymargin [ 0.0 ] - margin in y in units of patch size

-g / --grid [ 64 ] - number of Fourier points/Finite Elements across patch size + x_margin
